Camden County Partnership for Children

September 1, 2020: Community Liaison, Danielle D. visited Camden County Partnership for Children to drop off school supplies to support their annual drive. Thank you for all that you do for children and adolescents in Camden County!

Older Adult Services Are Open!
To support older adults who are in need of mental health care in our community, Hampton also offers the MOSAIC program—an outpatient program that targets older adult needs via a telehealth platform using any electronic device, such as a smartphone, iPad or computer. Rotary 4 Recovery Walk
Hampton will be participating in a candle light remembrance walk in Burlington county, coordinated by our own Social Work staff, Hillary Moore and Joanna Thatcher, to honor those who have lost their fight to addiction or for individuals still battling addiction. All of the money ($5 donation for a candle) goes towards helping sober living homes in Burlington County and for addiction prevention efforts in Burlington County Communities.
