Hampton Behavioral Health Center Facilities

Hampton Behavioral Health Center’s main campus is located in Westampton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey. The beautiful 23-acre campus houses a 120-bed inpatient facility featuring semi-private bedrooms with bathrooms on 4 distinct units – Adolescent, Adult, Dual Diagnosis and Older Adult. Patients enjoy a full service cafeteria offering meals with our patient’s health in mind. Understanding the diverse dietary needs of our patients, Hampton’s lead registered dietician includes kosher and vegetarian options.

The Creative Therapy Department encourages patients to express themselves and explore healthy coping skills in Art Therapy, Music Therapy and Therapeutic Recreation groups. Patients also have an opportunity to attend groups in an off-unit setting in the Creative Therapy room or at the Sports Court to practice healthy leisure and social skills. All Creative Therapy groups are facilitated by qualified Art Therapists, Music Therapists and Therapeutic Recreation Specialists. Alternative therapies offered at Hampton Behavioral Health Center include recreation therapy, yoga, Health and Wellness groups and music therapy. The newly renovated sports courts allow patients to not only exercise but reduce stress, improve self confidence and develop social skills. Yoga is offered twice a week to help patients find a calm center and reduce muscle tension.

Outpatient services are provided at Branches Cherry Hill, a service of Hampton Behavioral Health Center. Individuals needing a short-term treatment option as either a step down from inpatient or as an alternative to inpatient, could benefit from our Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). We encourage family involvement to help aid in our patients’ recovery and offer family therapy sessions regularly throughout treatment.
