A message from Hampton staff during Suicide Prevention Awareness Month

As part of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, Hampton staff are sharing messages of hope and community connection.

Michelle M., MSW, is a Senior Assessment Coordinator. She has worked for Hampton for 6 years. She feels that hope is the power to believe that anything is possible. When obstacles stand in the way, hope gives one the courage to face fears and doubts. Michelle cultivates hope using mindfulness, positive thinking, and belief in a higher power. Her family, friends, and co-workers make up her community. She stays connected to them through phone calls, texting, and sharing posts on social media.

Thank you, Michelle, for sharing your message and for your hard work here at Hampton!
