The survey was conducted by the CQI+ Outcomes Measurement System, which benchmarks patient satisfaction data to over 350 psychiatric hospitals.

Hampton Behavioral Health Center partners with CQI+ Outcomes Measurement System (CQI), a program that surveys over 200 psychiatric hospitals nationwide to measure how patients regard the care they received. Hampton’s scores are compared to the other CQI-surveyed facilities to help us assess our performance, improve processes and programs, measure the success of various initiatives and provide feedback to staff.
