Hampton Behavioral Health Center in Westampton Township, NJ, is dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral health care to the individuals we serve. Patient feedback is crucial to ensuring that we meet the needs of patients and families.

Hampton partners with CQI+ Outcomes Measurement System (CQI), a program that surveys over 200 psychiatric hospitals nationwide to measure how patients regard the care they received. Hampton’s scores are compared to the other CQI-surveyed facilities to help us assess our performance, improve processes and programs, measure the success of various initiatives and provide feedback to staff.
