Hampton Behavioral Health Center is one of the best mental health facilities for both inpatient and outpatient treatment for adolescents, adults, dually diagnosed adults (mental health and addiction issues) and older adults. We also offer Electro-Convulsive Therapy (ECT) on both an inpatient an outpatient basis. We treat a variety of psychiatric diagnoses, including, but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, psychosis and behavioral health conditions with co-occurring chemical dependencies. Most patients are admitted to Hampton voluntarily; however, sometimes family or friends intervene to help a loved one who may be putting themselves or others at risk. Located in Westampton Township, NJ, our hospital can be reached easily from Central Jersey, South Jersey, and the Philadelphia region.
A Higher Standard of Care
Specialized programming is a key component of the psychiatric hospital’s success. Dedicated units are designed to meet the unique needs of each population we serve. After a comprehensive evaluation to assess a patient’s needs, a multidisciplinary treatment team develops a treatment plan tailored for that patient. The treatment team is led by a psychiatrist and consists of advanced practice nurses, registered nurses, licensed social workers, therapists and creative therapists, and, for dually-diagnosed patients, addiction counselors. Input from the patient and the family is also crucial to a successful outcome.
